Dr. Nadini Persaud is a Lecturer in Evaluation at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. She teaches primarily at the graduate level in the area of evaluation and served as the program coordinator for the M.Sc. Project Management and Evaluation program during the period 2008-2017.

Dr. Persaud serves on a number of international and regional organizations including Caribbean Evaluators International, the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada—Barbados Chapter Advisory Council, the American Evaluation Association, and the Faster Forward Fund Foundation in the USA (a private foundation set up by Michael Scriven, a founding father of evaluation to accelerate the theory, practice and profession of evaluation).

Her research interests are in her three subject area disciplines and her focus is on blending together the tools from project management and accounting to improve the practice of professional evaluation.
