Alecia Bennett-Bryan, PMP® is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and a certified Project Management Professional. She has over fifteen (15) years of experience and expertise in the areas of Results based Management (RBM), Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Collaboration, Learning and Adapting (CLA), Programme Development, Policy Development and Applied Research. She has provided programme implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning support to international and regional development partners including the USDA, USAID, UNAIDS, UNEP, UNDP, IOM|UN Migration, World Bank, EU, CAF and CDB for donor funded programmes and projects in the areas of environmental management and conservation, climate change, Ecosystem-based adaptation, climate financing and disaster risk reduction integrated community development, public health (SRH/HIV), citizen security and safety, international migration and development and justice sector reform. Alecia is also a Trainer of Trainers in RBM and MEAL. She has facilitated numerous participatory capacity building workshops for project and programme design across government, private sector, and civil society actors. She has co-authored several empirical and theory-based publications in the areas of sustainable development, climate governance and international migration and development. She holds a Master of Science in Sociology (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies, Mona (2011) and a Master’s Degree in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Governance jointly from Structuralia/ Universidad Isabel I, Spain (2024).
