Brief profile
I am a social science researcher. My work lies at the intersection of research, public policy, program evaluation, and the analysis of contemporary social issues. My interdisciplinary training has equipped me with a strong intellectual foundation that informs my practice, broadens my perspective, and deepens my understanding of the challenges of our time.

I currently work as a Senior Analyst with the Government of Canada and my work spans performance management, program evaluation, and international development.

I hold a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa, as well as three undergraduate degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting; a Bachelor of Social Sciences, with a concentration in International Development; and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. My studies were completed at higher education institutions in both Canada and Haiti. I am fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, and I bring to my work a deeply multicultural and intersectional lens.
