Roundtable: Essential capacities for young and emerging evaluators in a changing environment

This will be a roundtable discussion on the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) to build a career in evaluation. Perspectives will be provided by a longtime trainer and practitioner in evaluation, and members of the Eval Youth group who will describe how the group has supported the development of YEEs, the lessons learned since the start of the Eval Youth movement, and what is needed for new entrants to the field to cope, contribute and excel in the field in a post COVID era.
