Panel - Building a new cadre of professionals to meet the demands of transforming Caribbean development in a post pandemic future

This panel will discuss the range of academic education and training resources available in the Caribbean region and the extent to which they are working to meet the needs of the discipline, and influence public policy in a post COVID world. Course lecturers will describe the courses they teach, and discuss the roles they expect regional graduates to play in Caribbean transformation. Participants will hear from Dr. Michael Scriven about the importance of evaluation as a transdiscipline and also the findings on the thrust of evaluation education among universities in Africa based on a study from the CLEAR Initiative.
